Blue Dolphin started up in 2012, and we’ve been continuously evolving since then. From creating customized enterprise field force automation platforms to launching our first ready-to-use IoT based attendance apps in early 2017, our core values have stayed the same: Creating quality products that make the lives of countless employees and employers better every day
Blue Dolphin is founded in New Delhi, India by Siddhartha Gupta along with his father and brother.
An IIT-Roorkee and Boston University alumnus, Siddhartha returned to his hometown of New Delhi, India in 2010, after almost
two decades of working in the US, in various capacities, at three successful software start-ups in the Greater Boston area.
His passion for Human Capital and Technology, led him to build Blue Dolphin which makes innovative and thoughtful solutions with technology to solve pressing HR and Operations problems. Siddhartha believes that user centric design and a long term commitment to solving the end users’ problems are the cornerstones of any successful HR tech product.
We begin catering to large-scale enterprise clients in the cargo-freight logistics sector.

After two years of refining and perfecting Blue Dolphin, we create the digital property verification platform for 99acres.com and build a complex monitoring and evaluation tool for rural adult literacy projects.
We become a portfolio company of Info Edge (India) Limited, India’s premier online classifieds company in recruitment, matrimony, real estate, education and related services.
We launched our ready-to-use products in Internet of Things based attendance for both in-office and field employees!
